The Journey Story
I have a lifelong love for dance, gymnastics, and helping children discover their confidence through movement. My journey began at age three, leading to years as a competitive gymnast, dance team performer, and acro instructor throughout college. Alongside my passion for movement, I’ve spent the past 25 years as an educator in the Springboro School District, teaching kindergarten and first grade. I hold a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from Wright State and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University, which allows me to bring a deep understanding of child development into every lesson.
To me, tumbling is about so much more than mastering a skill—it’s about building confidence, perseverance, and strength. I strive to create a positive, supportive environment where every dancer feels empowered to take risks, celebrate their progress, and reach their personal goals. My goal is always to meet each child where they are and help them unlock their full potential.
Outside the studio, I enjoy taking dance classes and spending time with my husband, Ryan, and our family. You can usually find me cheering on my daughter, Bella, at her dance studio or watching my son, Justin, compete on the wrestling mat. I am so excited to be part of this studio family and can't wait to help our dancers build strong foundations, confidence, and a lifelong love of movement!
